Orders with a subtotal over $200 AUD will be provided with a free shipping option in checkout. Please know that the time of delivery & cost of shipping is calculated at checkout and based on delivery location.

Parcels being sent outside of Australia may be subject to customs, duties and taxes to be paid by customer.

Returns:

Customers can return items purchased from Indefinable The Label within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for change of size or mind returns.

Return requirements

For items to be eligible for return or exchange, they must be:

1. in original unworn condition and unwashed with tags attached
2. free from body odour, deodorant, perfume or any signs of wear

Returns that do not meet the standards above will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
